SOPs and who has read them
The written standard, versioned, and the staff acknowledgement that goes with it.
Under *Housekeeping setup → SOPs* the hotel keeps its written standards: how a bed is made, what a VIP room gets, how a DND is handled. Each SOP has a name, its text, and a version with an effective date. Publishing a change makes the next version; the previous one is kept and dated.
Staff acknowledge. When a staff member picks their name on the floor's screen, any SOP or checklist version they have not signed is shown first, with a *Read and understood* button. The acknowledgement is written with their name and the time, and the setup screen shows who has signed the current version and who has not. Training records (stage 3) and the brand standard pushed from the group (stage 8) build on this.
