A feature list tells you what a system can do. This page tells you where your staff will spend their shift. Every screen below is running in our hotels today unless it says otherwise.
Where the front office lives. Rooms down the side, nights across the top, one bar per booking. Drag a bar to another room and it becomes a room move — with the reason recorded. Pull its edge and it becomes a stay extension, repriced as you pull.
Rooms down, nights across — and every state readable without a legend.

Every action a booking can take, in the state it is actually in.
Click any bar and the whole stay is in front of you. The main button changes with the state — Check in, then Check out, then nothing — so nobody has to remember which action is legal right now.
Actions that cannot be taken are disabled with the reason shown, not hidden. If a night has been audited and locked, the card says so and offers an administrator the override rather than failing silently on save.
Everything the calendar has no room for, with a count on each tab so the manager can see what needs attention before opening it.
The audit checks first and names what is in the way, each linked to the screen that clears it.
Only forced cases: the type is oversold, nothing of it is free, or the room has gone out of order. Each row carries the reason, the room to move to and the rate effect — and a guest already in house is never moved automatically.
A wedding party as lines of room type and dates. It checks every night before writing anything, so nine rooms are never booked as seven. Each room keeps its own guest, folio and bill.
The outbox, with the template editor beside it. Every message that should have gone, what it said, whether it went and who sent it.
The attendant board, the room report, and the discrepancy list — the one that catches a guest still in a room the desk believes is empty.
Foreign arrivals not yet reported, in the FRRO format, with the acknowledgement number recorded when it is filed.
Requests raised at the desk or from a room, assigned, resolved and timed — so a complaint has an owner rather than a memory.
Built for a phone or a small tablet first, because that is what a steward carries. Punch, fire, settle — and a bill that posts to a room only after the guest name has been checked against it.
The same ledger as the rooms — which is why "post to room" is one action.
Rooms and F&B on one chart, because they are on one ledger.
Around thirty of them, two clicks from the dashboard, every one exportable. They are computed in the database against the same figures the folio uses — so the manager flash, the sales register and the guest's invoice cannot tell three different stories.
Owners get the flash, accounts get the GST-ready sales register and the GSTR-1 export, the front office gets arrivals, departures and the police report, and F&B gets item sales, the KOT-versus-bill audit and outlet summaries.
The only public page in the product. A held booking sends the guest a link showing the stay, the amount and how long the room is held for. Paying confirms the hold; ignoring it releases the room automatically, which is what stops rooms sitting blocked all week.
A link that has expired says "That link is not live" — not a login screen, and not a stack trace. The token in the link is the guest's credential and nothing else about the hotel is reachable with it.

The screens an owner or a general manager opens once a month, and an administrator opens when somebody joins or leaves.
Property details, GSTIN, check-in and check-out times, room types and the upgrade ladder, rooms, amenities, rate plans, restrictions and business sources.
Users, roles and per-property access. One person can be a manager in Goa and a receptionist in Delhi on the same login.
Where accounts, modules and support access are managed — including the time-boxed, fully logged session our staff need your permission to open.
