Lost and found

What was found, where it is kept, every attempt to reach the guest, and how it went back.

On a room card, Found something: what it is, the category (electronics, jewellery, documents, clothing, cash, charger, spectacles, keys…), a photograph, where it will be kept. The guest who was in the room today — or who left it today — is attached from the booking.

The Lost & found register on the desk page holds every item: *held* → *contacted* (each attempt to reach the guest is logged: how, when, by whom, reached or not) → *returned* (to whom, by which courier with its reference, with the guest's acknowledgement) or *disposed of* — which needs a manager and, for valuables and documents, waits out the hotel's holding period (90 days by default, under Settings).
