Photographs on the story

A before, an after, a failure, a damage or a maintenance photograph, taken on the phone, kept on the room's story with who and when.

On any open visit, Add photo on the card opens the camera. Say what it is — *before*, *after*, *failure*, *damage*, *maintenance*, *found* — and it is stored under its own fingerprint and written to the room's story at the moment it was taken, with your name. The story shows it as a thumbnail; tap to see it full size.

A photograph is never edited or deleted. One taken in error is left in place and a note says so.

Pictures are served through the app to people who may read the housekeeping board, never from a public folder: a picture of a guest's room is a picture of a guest's room.

Stage 5 attaches the same pictures to maintenance tickets, damage reports and lost & found; stage 4 to linen and stock counts.
