The minibar
Filled from the store, sold to the guest on the folio by the person who saw the empty bottle, counted at check-out.
Each room type has a minibar par — two waters, one juice, one chocolate — set on the store screen. On the phone, Minibar on an occupied room shows what should be there, what is, and what is missing.
Sold. Tap the item the guest took and *Post to the bill*: the guest's folio is charged at the store's price with its GST, in the category *minibar*, and the room's story says who saw it and when. The desk sees it on the bill at once.
Refill. *Fill to par* draws the missing pieces from the store (one movement on the ledger) and the room is full again. The bottle left the store when it went into the room, not when the guest drank it.
Counted. At check-out or any time, *Count* what is actually there. Pieces gone that were not sold are the room's minibar variance, with a value, on the story — the number stage 8 watches per attendant.
