Equipment and its service history
Every AC, geyser, sofa and pump, in its room, with when it was last serviced and when it is next owed.
*Housekeeping store → Equipment* is the register of every machine and fitting: housekeeping's own tools (vacuums, carts, steam cleaners), each room's equipment (AC, geyser, TV, fridge, kettle, safe, door lock, sofa, mattress, curtains, carpet) and the building's plant (lift, DG set, pumps, water tank, RO, fire system, boiler, central AC). Each has a tag, its room or area, make, model, serial number, warranty and the date it was put in.
One per room adds a kind to every room (or every room of a type) in one go — *AC* makes AC-101, AC-102… each placed in its room.
Its history
Every service is a line on the machine:
- a ticket for the machine (a breakdown, or one made by a schedule) that is fixed writes the line by itself, with the engineer, what was done and the cost;
- work done in-house — *filter cleaned*, *descaled* — is logged with Log a service.
The register shows each machine's last serviced date, the schedules that cover it and when it is next due; a machine past its due date is marked overdue. *Broken down* on a room's machine raises the ordinary fault for that room (and holds the room if the fault is one that does); on a housekeeping tool it raises a ticket for engineering as before.
