Public areas
The lobby, lifts and washrooms cleaned on a frequency, started and finished by scanning the code on the wall.
Under *Housekeeping desk → Areas*, list the areas — lobby, corridors, lifts, stairs, public washrooms, restaurant, parking, staff areas — or add the usual set in one tap. Each has a frequency in minutes and a code: print the QR (the desk page shows it), stick it on the wall. Scanning it on the phone opens the floor's screen on that area and starts the round; scanning again (or tapping *Done*) finishes it, moves the area's last-cleaned time and sets the next due time. The round's lines are the public-area checklist (built-in, or the hotel's own under *Housekeeping setup → Checklists*).
The Areas chip on the phone shows every area with *ok · soon · due · missed*, and a supervisor sees the same on the desk page. An area overdue by more than one whole interval is written on the story as missed — once, when the board is opened or the night audit runs — so the morning report says which areas nobody reached.
