Handover, help, and the day on paper
The going shift writes what is open and the coming one signs; help is asked for from the room; the sheet prints and the reports email themselves.
Handover. At the end of a shift the supervisor presses *Hand over*: the hotel writes down what is open at that moment — rooms not ready, DND and refused, guests waiting, faults open, rooms out of order, arrivals still to come, who is where — and the supervisor adds their own words. The coming shift's supervisor reads it and signs by PIN. Neither side can edit it afterwards; the story shows who wrote and who signed and how long it took.
Help. From a room an attendant asks for help — heavy work, a supervisor, linen, supplies, a guest — and a supervisor or another attendant accepts on their phone; the room's story says who came and how long the wait was.
Many rooms at once. On the desk's queue, tick rooms and assign, cancel, change the visit, or set a priority for all of them; a refusal on one room is reported by room and the rest go through. Print the sheet for the day (per attendant, in queue order, with credits, flags and the guest), export CSV, and save a view (a filter with a name, yours or the hotel's). Reports by email: the day's summary, attendants' performance, discrepancies, the sheet, the forecast, open faults — to any address, on the weekdays you choose, sent by the night audit for the day that closed; *Send now* for any day.
