No per-module price list. No charge for the second user. No separate line for the POS, and no discovery at renewal that the thing you use every day was an add-on. What you pay for is rooms — and if you run a restaurant without rooms, you pay for the restaurant.
Every one of these is included in the price above — today, or on the day it ships.
A receptionist, a night auditor, a housekeeper and an owner are four logins, not four line items. Add as many as the hotel employs.
Not a separate product with its own database and its own invoice. It is the same system, priced in.
All of them, including the GST-ready sales register and the GSTR-1 export. No "advanced reporting" tier.
Ours, and included when it ships. Nobody should pay a second subscription to sell their own rooms. OTA connectivity runs through AxisRooms, whose fees are theirs and are not marked up by us.
No ticket tier. You reach someone who works on the product or runs one of our properties.
Full export and a documented API, free, whenever you want it — including on the day you decide to leave.
A single per-room, per-month figure, quoted at the demo and confirmed in writing. We have not published a rate card because we are still onboarding a handful of properties at a time and would rather quote against your actual room count and outlets than publish a number we would have to qualify five ways.
Ask at the demo. The honest position is that onboarding takes real hours from a real person, and where it does we will say so and price it separately rather than bury it.
We are not going to lock an early customer into a long term. Talk to us about what makes sense — and note that the data export exists precisely so leaving is possible.
Then you should not be paying for a promise. Tell us at the demo which feature is load-bearing for you. If it is on the roadmap we will give you our honest estimate; if it is not, we will say so and you can keep looking.
The booking engine is ours and is included in the price above. Charging separately for the thing that fills your own website is the practice we are positioning against.
OTA connectivity is not ours — it runs through AxisRooms, and you pay them directly at their rates. We do not resell it or mark it up, and we would rather integrate with people who do that job well than build a worse version of it.
You do. Guests, transactions, rates and history are yours, exportable in an open format, and reachable through a documented API for as long as you are a customer.
Tell us the room count, the outlets and the city. We will quote against exactly that.
