AC servicing, drain cleaning, mattress rotation, pest control — on a schedule the night audit runs.

Under *Housekeeping desk → Preventive*, the hotel writes what is done before it breaks: AC servicing, drain cleaning, descaling, mattress rotation, curtain washing, carpet shampoo, pest control, grout cleaning, deep cleaning, window cleaning, equipment service — or your own. Each has a cadence (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, seasonal, every N days), a scope (every room, one room type, one room, one area, one machine, the whole property), and makes either a visit for housekeeping (a deep clean, say) or a ticket for engineering.

A round over every room is spread: quarterly mattress rotation over 10 days takes a tenth of the rooms each day, in room order, and the next round is due a quarter after the last room. The night audit generates the day's work; it appears on the board and on the engineering queue like anything else, and the schedule's own story says what it made and when.
