Straight answers.
Can I run my hotel on this today?
Yes. Reservations, the front desk, folio and GST invoicing, corporate receivables,
housekeeping, the restaurant, banquets, the night audit, central reservations, the CRM,
the booking page with Razorpay and PhonePe, and the books through to a prepared GSTR-1
are live and running in our own hotels.
What you would not get today is the offline client, e-invoice IRNs from a certified GSP,
or a WhatsApp API sender. If one of those is the reason you are switching, we would rather tell you
now.
Is the offline mode available?
Not yet, and we mark it that way everywhere on this site. The engine underneath — the
sync, the conflict rules, the per-device invoice number ranges — is built and tested at
4,000 references across two devices with no collisions. The client that runs on the front
desk machine is what remains.
How do the OTAs connect?
Through AxisRooms. Rates, inventory and restrictions go out; bookings,
modifications and cancellations come back and land on the chart in the same request.
Bookings from Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda, Expedia and Cleartrip have arrived through it since 8 September — 371 of them by 1 October, each on the chart in the same request. Hotels we moved from eZee are linked one at a time, after go-live. If you already run AxisRooms, that stays exactly as it is and we plug into
it.
What about the booking engine on my own website?
It is live and included in the price: the hotel's own booking page, with payment by
Razorpay or PhonePe, landing on the same chart as every other booking. An earlier
version of this site described the previous platform's engine, retired in August 2026;
this is its replacement.
What does it cost?
A single per-room, per-month figure with every module included — see pricing.
We have not published a rate card because we are onboarding a few properties at a time and
would rather quote against your actual room count.
Who is actually behind this?
The Orion Group of Hotels — a mid-segment group operating 20 properties and 509 rooms
across five Indian cities under the ASAR brand. Thirteen of those hotels run on Asar
today. The product was built for our own
operations first, and our hotels still get every release before anyone else.
