The dashboard and the floor map
Every number of the day on one screen, and the floor drawn as it is, coloured by state.
The dashboard (*Housekeeping dashboard*) is one read: rooms by status and the occupancy; arrivals against arrival rooms ready; departures and who is due out but still in; the day's visits — owed, unassigned, cleaning now, cleaned but not passed, ready — with the percentage done and the expected finish; attendants working and absent, credits done, the average clean against target; inspections, pass rate, average score, re-cleans; requests open and late, the average minutes, rooms under DND, guests waiting, complaints; faults open, overdue, waiting for recheck; areas due and missed; linen at the laundry, items below par; minibar and guest laundry sold today, the cost of today's cleans and per room served, damage charged; found items held, eco rooms, approvals pending, the tray, an unsigned handover, failing webhooks, open investigations. A tile is a number the module already keeps — nothing here is a second count. The chart under it is rooms ready by the hour.
The map. Every floor drawn as a grid, each room a tile in the live board's colours with its attendant, its guest, the flags, the minutes so far, a badge for open requests and faults. Tap a room for its card and story. A hotel that has not placed its rooms sees them in rows of ten by number; *Arrange* lets a manager drag each tile where it really is, and the place is kept.
