The group, and the brand standard
Every hotel a row, ranked; a brand checklist pushed to hotels with lines they cannot remove.
The group view (*Group*) shows every hotel the login can see — one row for a hotel manager, all of them for the account — with the month's kept numbers: occupancy, rooms served, rooms per attendant, the average clean, within target, average score and pass rate, re-cleans, requests late, complaints, faults late, areas missed, cost per occupied room, write-offs, damage charged, eco rooms — and ranks on cleanliness, productivity, cost, complaints and loss, with an overall rank from the five. The same numbers as each hotel's own analytics; row-level security decides how many rows there are.
The brand standard. On an account-wide checklist (*Housekeeping setup → Checklists*, published account-wide), a line can be locked: every hotel's own version must keep it, and it is mandatory there. A hotel that tries to publish a version without it is refused with the line's name. *Push to hotels* gives selected hotels their own version 1 of a brand list in one go; *Standards* shows who is on which version and who is off the brand.
