Who cleans well
Rooms, minutes against target, inspection scores, fail rate, re-cleans, complaints — per attendant, for any period — and the lines each one keeps failing.
*Housekeeping setup → Performance* reads the story for a period, per attendant: rooms assigned and completed, checkouts and stay-overs, average minutes (and by kind), how often they finished within target, inspections, average score, fail rate, re-cleans, complaints raised on their rooms, DND and refusals on their rooms, days worked.
What keeps failing — tap a name for the inspection lines they scored 2 or under most often and the required checklist lines they most often left unticked. That list is the training recommendation: it names the thing to show them.
The hotel's most-failed lines over the period sit under the table, critical ones marked — the line every attendant misses is a standard to fix, not a person.
Nothing here is kept in a counter; every number is computed from the story when the page is opened, so it cannot drift from what happened.
