The company's own book, and the labour registers
What the Registrar asks of a company — directors, shareholders, auditors, charges, related parties, the capital — kept as registers that raise their own filing when something changes; and the establishment's licences, minimum wages and statutory registers.
Menu → Company & labour. A hotel company answers to two more authorities than the books used to know about: the Registrar of Companies, and the state's labour department.

The company
- Company details — the kind of company (private, public, OPC, LLP, partnership, proprietorship, trust, society), the incorporation date, the ROC, the authorised and paid-up capital, the last AGM.
- The four registers beneath it: directors (DIN, designation, appointed and ceased), shareholders (class, shares, face value, paid up), auditors (firm, FRN, the years appointed for) and charges (the bank, the amount, created and satisfied). Related parties is the fifth, for the disclosure the accounts must carry.
A change raises its own filing
The compliance calendar raises annual obligations by period. These are raised by events: appoint or remove a director and DIR-12 is due in 30 days; appoint an auditor and ADT-1 in 15; create a charge and CHG-1 in 30; satisfy it and CHG-4 in 30; move the registered office and INC-22 in 30; allot shares and PAS-3 in 30. Enter the change here and the obligation appears on the calendar dated from the event, with nobody having to remember the rule. The annual return's own dataset — and AOC-4's numbers — are read from these registers and the books.
Licences and labour
- Registrations & licences — the Shops & Establishments registration, the trade licence, the fire and food licences, each with its number, the authority and its renewal date, which becomes a dated obligation like any other.
- Minimum wages — the state's notified rates by category and skill level, against what the payroll actually pays, so an underpayment is a report and not a discovery during an inspection.
- Registers — the attendance, wage, leave and statutory registers the inspector asks for, produced from the payroll months and the staff master.
- Contractors — the agencies supplying staff, their licence numbers and the workers under them, where the establishment is answerable for them.
