Wrong hotel ID, username or password
One sentence for all three, and the one people actually get wrong is the hotel ID.
The login screen answers the same way whether the hotel ID is unknown, the address does not exist, or the password is wrong. It has to: a screen that says "that hotel group is not a customer" answers a question strangers should not be able to ask.
In practice, in order of likelihood:
- The hotel ID. It names the hotel group, not the hotel, and everyone in the group uses the same number.
- The email address. It is the one the login was made with, which is not always the one the person uses day to day.
- The password. After five wrong tries the login locks for a while; an administrator setting a new password clears it at once.
An administrator on your side fixes all three from Team & access. If the only administrator is locked out, telephone us — and afterwards, make a second one.
