The person who asked for this cannot sign it

"The person who asked for this cannot sign it." · "You have already signed this." · "This needs a manager or higher to sign." An approval needs a different person, once, of the right role.

Three sentences from the Approvals queue, each a rule doing its job:

The person who asked for this cannot sign it. The rule forbids signing your own request (they all do, unless written otherwise). Somebody else signs.
You have already signed this. A request needing two or three levels needs two or three *different* people. Your signature is on it; the next is someone else's.
This needs a manager or higher to sign. The rule names the role. A delegation — one user acting with another's authority for a span of dates — counts, and the signature says whose authority it was.

And one from the Payments received tab: the person who recorded a payment on a booking cannot confirm it. The accountant does.
