The hotel group does not hold that module. Only Asar can switch one on.

The screen, the report or the action belongs to a module your hotel group does not hold — the restaurant POS, housekeeping, or the store.

Only we can switch a module on. A hotel group cannot enable its own, deliberately: it is a commercial change, and it is written to the account's record when it happens.
The refusal is the same whether you reach it by screen, by report or by API, because the check is in the database rather than on the page.
If your hotel group has bought the module and still sees this, tell us the hotel ID and the module — that is a five-minute fix at our end.

Menu entries for modules you do not hold are hidden rather than shown and refused, so seeing this usually means a bookmark or a direct link.
