It refused. Start here.
How to read a refusal, and the three kinds this system gives.
Every refusal in this system is a sentence written for the person reading it, not a code. That is deliberate, and it means the sentence is the fastest route to the answer: copy it into the help search.
There are three kinds, and telling them apart saves the call:
- The form is wrong. Something is missing or impossible — no reason picked, no price on a dish, a departure before an arrival. Fix it on the screen you are on.
- The world is in the way. The room is occupied, the folio has a balance, the rate comes from a contract. Nothing is broken; the system is refusing to record something untrue. Some of these offer an override to whoever has the authority, and the sentence says so.
- You are not allowed. A role or a module you do not have. That is a conversation with your administrator, or with us.
If a refusal is not explained anywhere here, search for it and press Enter. Searches that find nothing are recorded, and that list is what the next pages get written from.
