Changing a room's number

A room keeps its bookings, bills and history when its number changes. A guest in the room does not stop it.

Menu → Setup → Rooms, press the room, then Change the room number. Type the new number and press Renumber.

The room is the same room with a new label: every booking, bill, housekeeping record and closure moves with it, and a guest in the room today simply sees the new number on their card. It is not a room move.
