Booking the same stay again

Book again copies a stay for a returning guest, and tells you what the price would be now.

Book again on a booking card copies it: the same guest, the same room type, the same source and billing arrangement, on new dates.

Book that again: the new dates, how many rooms, and what carries over.

Do this

  1. Dates — the new arrival and departure. The old ones are shown above so you can see what is being copied.
  2. Rooms — one, or up to ten of the same type for a party that is coming back together.
  3. What carries over — the guest, room type, rate plan, occupancy, billing party, source and requests. The price is re-quoted from today's rate sheet and shown beside what they paid last time. No payment, deposit or folio is copied.
  4. Create booking.

It does two things carefully:

It copies the stay, not the folio: charges, payments and any advance stay with the original booking.
