Reprinting a registration card
Reprints are allowed and counted. The second onwards is stamped COPY.
Print it as many times as you need — spoiled in the printer, the guest wants one, a second occupant signs.
Every print is recorded: who printed it, when, and why for a reprint. The second and later copies are stamped COPY on the face of the sheet.
That is deliberate. Blocking reprints only means somebody photocopies it instead, and then nobody knows how many signed cards exist for one stay — which is the question that matters if two of them ever disagree.
