Every booking in the group

One list across all your hotels, and why it shows different things to different people.

Reservations on the menu lists bookings across every hotel you can see, in one place, instead of opening each hotel in turn.

What you can do here

• Filter by date, by status, or search — a reference, a guest name, a company, or a hotel.
• The strip at the top gives each hotel's arrivals, departures and **its own business date**. That last one is worth a daily glance: a hotel whose date has stopped moving is taking bookings onto the wrong day, and this is the only screen where you would notice.

Why your list may be shorter than someone else's

This screen shows the hotels your login is allowed to see, not the whole group. A group administrator sees everything; a manager ticked for one hotel sees that hotel. It is the same screen and the same list — the system decides the scope, not the page.

If a hotel you expect is missing, it has not been ticked for your login. Ask the group administrator under Team and access.
