Who works at which hotel
Tick the hotels a person works at. They see no others, anywhere in the product.
In a group this is the setting that matters most.
When you add somebody, tick the hotels they work at. They will see those hotels and no others — on the chart, in the reports, in search, everywhere. It is enforced by the database, not by hiding buttons.
- No hotels ticked means no hotels. A login with none is refused when you create it.
- Administrators see everything. Give that role only to people who should see every hotel's revenue.
- Somebody who moves between properties can hold several hotels.
- Somebody leaving is deactivated, not unticked — that keeps their name against the bookings they took.
The practical rule for a group: a receptionist gets one hotel, an area manager gets their cluster, and the owner is an administrator.
