Running a group of hotels

One login, one guest history, one set of reports — and each person scoped to the hotels they work at.

A group is one account with many hotels under it. Everyone signs in with the same hotel ID — the group's, not the property's — and sees the hotels they have been given.

What is shared across the whole group:

• Guest history. A guest who stayed in Goa is recognised in Delhi.
• Company and travel agent accounts, and their credit limits.
• Your team, with each person scoped to their own hotels.
• The lists a hotel maintains — reasons, departments, card types.

What belongs to each hotel on its own: rooms, rate plans, prices, the operating date and the night audit, the folios, and the invoice number series.

Each hotel closes its own day. There is no single night audit for a group, because hotels do not fill and empty on the same schedule.
