Letting the Asar team in
We cannot enter your account uninvited. Access is granted, time-boxed and logged.
Nobody at Asar can open your hotel's data by choosing to. To help with something on your screens, we need a session you grant:
- You grant it from Team & access → Support access, and it is time-boxed — it expires by itself.
- While it is live, what we do is recorded against our own name, not yours.
- You can revoke it at any moment, and the current sessions are listed so you can see whether anybody is in.
If somebody claiming to be from Asar asks for a password instead of a grant, that is not us. We never need one, and this is why.
