Letting the Asar team in

We cannot enter your account uninvited. Access is granted, time-boxed and logged.

Nobody at Asar can open your hotel's data by choosing to. To help with something on your screens, we need a session you grant:

Support access: who, why, for how long, and the sessions granted so far.

Do this

  1. Who — the Asar team member's email address.
  2. What are they looking at — the reason, in your words. It is shown to them and kept.
  3. For how long — the session ends by itself. Seven days is the most.
  4. Approve a session.
  5. Every session ever granted is listed beneath, with End now on a live one. Nobody outside your hotels has been in unless a row says so.

If somebody claiming to be from Asar asks for a password instead of a grant, that is not us. We never need one, and this is why.
