Which hotels a person sees

By default, all of the group. Grant specific hotels and they see only those.

In a group with several hotels, a user with no specific grants sees all of them. Grant them one or more hotels and they see only those — on the calendar, in the reports, everywhere.

Administrators and our own staff see the whole group regardless.
A user who says a hotel has "disappeared" from the dropdown has usually been given a grant, not lost a hotel.
The restriction is enforced in the database, not on the screen. A user without the grant cannot read that hotel's data through any route.

Set this for anyone who works at one property in a chain. It makes their screens shorter and their reports right.
