Finding your way around

Every screen hangs off the Menu button in the top right corner.

There is one Menu button, top right, on every screen. What it offers depends on your role and on which modules your hotel group has, so two people at the same hotel will not see the same list.

Do this

1. Press Menu, top right. The number on it is how many things on Money owed need a person.
2. Front office — the calendar, Operations, invoices, housekeeping, Money owed: the desk's day.
3. Sales & Reservations — the central reservations screen (availability, the board, who sold it) and the CRM.
4. Revenue management — rate plans, rates, restrictions, the revenue engine, the CM Log, the channel manager.
5. Reports — every report, and the books: revenue, payables, bank, day book, tax, budget, payroll, group, approvals, connectors, cost & revenue, assets, reports by mail.
6. Setup — housekeeping setup and store, rooms, onboarding, hotel details, adding a hotel. Restaurant stands beside them when the hotel has one.

Sign out is at the foot of the menu. The list is longer or shorter depending on your role and on the modules your hotel has: a housekeeper does not see Reports, a hotel with no restaurant has no POS line. The ? at the bottom right of every screen opens the help for that screen.

• Calendar — the booking chart. Bookings are made, changed, checked in and paid for here.
• Operations — night audit, housekeeping, guest service, groups, upgrades, messages and Form C, as tabs across the top.
• Restaurant POS — orders, KOTs and bills.
• Restaurant setup — outlets, the menu, prices and tables. Administrators only.
• Reports — every report, with a directory.
• Onboarding — every hotel in the group and what each still needs. Administrators only.
• Add a hotel — the five-step wizard. Administrators only.
• Lists & reasons — the short lists your staff pick from. Administrators only.
• Team & access — logins, roles and which hotels each person sees. Administrators only.
• Help — this manual.

A red dot on the button counts bookings with money owed that need a person. Money owed at the foot of the menu opens that list.

Press ? anywhere to open help for the screen you are on, without leaving it.

The menu since 22 September 2026

The menu is columns by department, not one long list: Front office · Sales & Reservations · Revenue management · Restaurant · Reports · Setup. A column with nothing in it for your login is not drawn, so a housekeeper sees one column and a restaurant with no hotel sees no Front office. Each entry carries a line saying what it is for. The list of screens above is the same list, grouped.

The menu since 26 September 2026

The menu has grown: Today is the first line of Front office, and the columns are Front office · Housekeeping · Sales & Reservations · Revenue management · Restaurant · Reports · Accounts · Setup · Hotels & platform, in two bands. A line with an arrow opens a list of its own to the side (leftwards near the right edge). Type in Find at the top to jump to any screen by name. On a phone the menu opens full-screen and you tap down through it. The Help line and Sign out are at the foot, as before.
