Signing in, finding your way around, and the one date everything hangs off
Today: the first screen after you sign inWhether yesterday is closed, who is arriving, leaving and in house, what is flagged and not done, and what was booked today.
Signing in: how to log inTo sign in (log in) you need three things: your hotel code, your username and your password. Your administrator gives you all three.
Asking by speaking, and having a page read to youPress the microphone beside the search box, say the question or the sentence it refused with, and the search runs. An opened page can be read aloud.
Finding your way aroundEvery screen hangs off the Menu button in the top right corner.
The operating date, and why it is not todayEach hotel runs on its own business date, which only moves when the night audit is run.
Your passwordChange it yourself any time: Menu → Change my password. A password somebody else chose is asked for again the first time you sign in.
