The copy from the old HR dashboard
The dashboard is read every ten minutes and never written; map its hotel and department names once, and see who it left out and why.
Until each place of work moves to the PMS, the old HR dashboard stays where it is and the PMS reads it every ten minutes. It never writes to it.
The dashboard names one hotel several ways ("AmberInn", "Amber Inn by Orion Hotels") and codes it by its eZee number. Each spelling and code is mapped once, on Dashboard copy, to a place of work here; each department spelling to a department. A person whose place or department is not mapped is left out and listed with the reason — nothing is guessed — and comes in by themselves on the next copy once the name is mapped.
If a person's code says one hotel and their hotel name says another, they are left out with both readings named: somebody who knows says which is right.
While a person is still copied, a change made to them here holds until their record in the dashboard changes, and then the dashboard's version is copied over it. Make the same change in the dashboard until their place of work has moved.
