People: guests and prospects
Finding a person, what their record holds, and adding somebody who has not stayed yet.
People is everybody: every guest who has ever booked, plus prospects added by hand. A guest's lifecycle — new, returning, customer, lapsed — is worked out from their bookings, not typed.

Do this
- Search — name, email, phone, company or tag.
- Stage — new, customer, lapsed, and so on.
- Search.
- New contact — somebody who has enquired and never stayed. If they later book under the same email or phone, the booking joins this record rather than making a second one.
- The list. Press a row to open the person: every stay, every request, every message, every note, in one timeline — nothing copied, all of it read from where it was written.
Who sees what
Everybody from the front desk up can read; writing needs a manager's login, and marking somebody *do not email* needs the outreach right. A person marked do-not-email is skipped by every segment, every time, with no override on any screen.
