Every corporate account and agency already billed, and the prospects that are not yet.

Companies & agents lists every company and every travel agent the hotel has billed — the same records the booking screen's *Bill to* uses — plus prospects: a company somebody is talking to that has no credit, no GSTIN and no place on the booking screen yet.

Do this

  1. Search — company, city, GSTIN, tag.
  2. Kind — corporate, travel agent, tour operator.
  3. New company — a prospect. It stays a prospect until somebody with the right to open a billing party converts it; that is the same decision, and the same rule, as opening a company at the desk. An OTA is never opened here.
  4. The list: bookings, nights, revenue, what is owed, and how they are billed.
