The event order (BEO)

The single sheet the kitchen, the floor and the client all work from.

The event order is the sheet everybody works from on the day: timings, covers, menu, room layout, and what has been agreed on price.

Print it once the function is confirmed. It is generated from the booking rather than typed, so the kitchen's copy and the folio cannot disagree about how many people are coming or what was agreed.

If something changes — the count, a timing, an added course — change it on the function and print again. A BEO edited by hand becomes the version nobody else has.
